Background

Attensam is the market leader in building maintenance and winter services, with over 1,500 employees across 22 locations. Given this scale and geographic spread, it is difficult to establish transparent communication structures — important information does not reliably reach all employees at all locations.

Attensam was therefore looking for a provider capable of establishing scalable, location-independent communication structures so that all employees could be reliably integrated into the flow of information.

Solution

We installed displays with FRAMR. Pro players at the branch offices to show important information. This allows Attensam to update the content on displays at all locations simultaneously and in real time. Through the Staffbase channel — a kind of intranet for internal communication — employees receive important information about changes, internal job postings, benefits, upcoming events and the latest news.

Technical challenge

The primary challenge was to centrally manage content across 22 geographically dispersed locations — without each location having to maintain its own content independently. This is exactly where the FRAMR. Cockpit (software) comes in, as it allows content to be updated centrally via a single device for up to 100 displays simultaneously.
