Case Study – Christophorus Pharmacy

MEDICINE & HEALTH

Background

Information regarding on-call duty is constantly changing and is difficult to update using traditional paper notices. The Christophorus Pharmacy also found it challenging to communicate relevant information, which is why they contacted us for a digital solution.

The goal was to reliably inform visitors about the latest updates without them having to ask staff, and to quickly update content when changes occur.

Solution

The portrait-format display installed by FRAMR. shows in real time and digitally, which pharmacy is currently on duty — integrated into the pharmacy’s expert advice and wide range of services. Last-minute changes can be communicated easily, as the pharmacy updates its content in real time using FRAMR. The software also allows content to be scheduled so that it is displayed at the desired time.

Result

Visitors can now find information about the on-call pharmacy directly on the display without having to ask staff. In addition, staff at the Christophorus Pharmacy can update current changes with just a few clicks — without the lengthy and costly process of creating posters.
