Case Study – High End Technology WKOÖ
In spring 2024, Megatechnik implemented an impressive MEGA Curved LED Wall for the Upper Austrian Economic Chamber (WKOÖ), serving both as a visual platform for events and as a cutting-edge solution for video recordings and live broadcasts.
The project included the complete media technology concept, developed in close collaboration with WKOÖ, as well as the delivery and integration of the LED wall. In addition, Megatechnik handled the installation and created a tailor-made solution for both in-person and hybrid events.

- LED Wall: Manufacturer Absen, model NX1.8-N, 8 x 4.5 meters, 1.88 mm pixel pitch, 800 nits brightness
- Curved design: 32-degree curvature for immersive visuals and a sleek, modern look
- Support structure: Freestanding stage construction, designed by OMB (Italy), offering maximum stability and flexibility
- Broadcast optimization: Specially designed for high-quality video recordings and live streaming
All event technology is centrally managed from the control room behind the stage. This includes:
- LED wall controller rack for precise image control
- Video and audio control station for professional mixing of visuals and sound
- Microphone management for clear speech transmission
This custom solution supports both live presentations and hybrid events with streaming to WKOÖ’s digital platforms. The combination of LED technology, broadcast optimization, and a well-thought-out audio and control setup creates a technical foundation that meets the highest standards.
